International Student Enrolment Process
Step 1: Application
Please present the following documents with your application:
- Completed Enrolment Form
- Copy of Passports and Visas
- Proof of Medical and Travel Insurance (original and English translation)
Immigration
Full details of visa and permit requirements, advice on rights to employment in New Zealand while studying and reporting requirements are available through the New Zealand Immigration Service, and can be viewed on their website at www.immigration.govt.nz
Health and Travel
Most students are not entitled to publicly funded health services while in New Zealand. We require that all international students have insurance that will cover the cost of medical treatment for their stay in New Zealand. Travel Insurance is also required to cover travel to and from New Zealand. It is recommended that this be taken out in New Zealand. The school must sight proof of Medical Insurance coverage before the commencement of study.
Step 2: Enrolment
Once you have completed an enrolment form and supplied the required documentation for your child, the school will provide an acceptance letter and invoice for your school fee payment. You will then pay all fees (Tuition, Administration, Stationery, and may include Accommodation). A meeting is to be scheduled with our principal prior to the acceptance of placement.
Step 3: Completion
The last step is to apply for a student visa. Send a copy of the student visa to the school as soon as it is issued.
