Peninsula Primary Sports Exchange
Our junior and middle school netball and soccer teams began their interschool sports careers last Wednesday.
Results:
- Year 1&2 Netball won 12-2.
- Year 3 Netball lost 10-2.
- Year 4 Netball won 12-6..
- Year 1&2 Soccer – 3 mini teams played 3 games each and won them all with no goals scored against.
- Year 3&4 Soccer won 7-4, Player of the Day was Ryan Verney.
Well done, hope you all enjoyed it and thank you to teachers and parents who transported teams.
Tirimoana Soccer Exchange
With the Soccer Field Day being cancelled we decided to challenge Tirimoana thinking that we would have been the top two schools on the day. Unfortunately Mr Bainbridge mucked up the draw so the two A teams ended up playing the two B teams. Therefore a re-match was held last week. The A team drew 1-1, Player of the Day: Sean Duggan and the B Team won 3-1, Player of the Day: Zach Vince.
Football Friday
Today is Football Friday and we were encouraged to wear a jersey of our favourite Football Teams.
